Women's Study: Countering Anxiety | Summer 2026

So many women carry anxiety quietly. The constant “what ifs,” the pressure to keep everything together, the fear of not measuring up, or the worry about what others might think can weigh heavily on our hearts. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, restless, or stuck in a cycle of worry, you’re not alone.

This summer, join us for Countering Anxiety, a four-week study where we’ll talk honestly about anxiety and explore how our faith can bring hope, perspective, and practical support in the middle of it. Through short teaching videos, table discussions, and helpful educational insights, we’ll explore the common worries many women face and learn tools to better understand and manage anxiety in healthy ways.

Our hope is to create a space where women can:

  • Build genuine community and relationships
  • Grow in awareness and reduce the stigma around anxiety
  • Learn practical tools for understanding and responding to anxiety
  • Gain access to helpful resources like educational materials and counseling support

Ultimately, our goal is to bridge the gap between faith and mental health, offering both spiritual encouragement and practical care.

This study is designed to be simple and welcoming. Each week you’ll just come in, grab a seat at a table, and meet a few new women. No assigned groups, just an easy, relaxed way to connect and have meaningful conversations.

Tuesdays | 7:00–8:30 PM

Cost: $5

Sign up today and come be part of the conversation. You don’t have to walk through anxiety alone.
